Why should you use our E-mail Forwarding Service, you may ask? The
answer is one of language, finances and access to technology: First,
while it is true that many people learn foreign languages, including
english, during their childhood education, most are NOT fluent english
speakers. Forty percent (40%) have no english-language ability, 20% use
some individual words of english (i.e. 'good morning', 'my name is
...', 'goodbye', etc.), 30% speak very broken english, or can
understand the english language when it is written or spoken, but
cannot speak it; and only about ten percent (10%) possess fluent skills
in english. Next, there is the problem of finances and access to
technology. Financially, the traditional method of international postal
correspondence is not only slow but can be very expensive (the United
States still maintains one of the least-expensive postal rates in the
industrialized world). E-mail is much less expensive, but since most
people do not own a personal computer and often do not have easy or
direct access to the web, correspondence can be difficult. Some ladies
utilize a computer at their place of employment, but personal use of
business equipment is generally not allowed. Thus, our services assist
you AND the lady by eliminating some basic problems! To send a letter to a lady on our site, just follow these simple steps: 1 - Choose a lady you wish to contact using our "Search Engine" 2 - Locate and click on the "Send Me Letter" icon under her photo or "Send Me Letter" link in her profile. 3 - When the letterbox appears, type your letter in the box. We advise you to use a text editor to prepare your letter, and then just copy and paste the text into our "Web Mail" program. This is for your benefit, because the text can be lost if you try to type it online. 4 - After you've completed your letter, press the "Send me Letter" button. The system will send your letter directly to the lady's local introduction office, and will include the lady's ID number and name, your ID number and name, and so forth.The local office will receive your letter, translate it and notify the lady that she has a correspondence awaiting her. She then can come to the local office and pick up your letter; or the letter can be read to her over the phone, and she will be given the printed copy of your letter when she brings her reply to your letter to her local introduction office. If you don't have an account with us the first time you select this option, you will be asked to fill out some information to create an account. Thereafter, you'll only need to enter your ID number (which is also your login) and a password, which you received when you created your account. As previously stated, the ladies are not charged for any of our services and there is NO pressure placed on you or on the ladies to continue to use our services -- we simply offer them as a convenience. We do not allow the exchange of e-mail addresses via the e-mailed letters we process. You may ask the ladies to give you their postal addresses, but we must warn you that postal mail can be very slow and unreliable in Ukraine. The price of one letter is deducted from your account when you send email or photos to the lady. There is NO CHARGE to your account until you actually open a lady's reply. |
