1. AGREEMENT

Angels to Love.com may also terminate your membership at any time for any reason. A notice of cancellation will be sent to the E mail address provided to Angels to Love.com at the time your application for membership, or any other E mail address you may later provide to Angels to Love.com. Angels to Love.com may terminate your membership, service or any offers made by Web site. Any unused credits, fees or monies may not be refunded if membership is terminated. Even after this Agreement is terminated certain provisions will remain in effect including sections 1-4 and 5-13 of this Agreement.

   E mail address or phone numbers by any means for the purpose of sending unsolicited E mail, contact and unauthorized linking to the Web site will be investigated, and appropriate Legal action will be taken including civil, criminal action without Limitation.

   • You fully understand and agree that Angels to Love.com may review and delete any content, messages, profiles or photos (“Content”) remains it the sole judgment of Angels to Love.com. To violate this Agreement or any actions which may be offensive, illegal or to violate, harm or threaten the rights, or safety of the Member.
     
   • You are solely responsible for the Content that you provide, publish or display or post for service, or transmit to other Members both men and women of Angels to Love.com.
     
   • By posting any Content to any public area of Angels to Love.com, its offices or areas, where Members may reside or work, you automatically grant to Angels to Love.com perpetual, non-exclusive , fully paid, worldwide license to use, distribute, copy and display all information and content and to grant and authorize sublicenses. 
      
     
5. ILLEGAL CONTENT:
    
   
   1. It is illegal and prohibited on the Web site Angels to Love.com to promote racism, hatred, bigotry or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
       
      
   2. Harass or advocate harassment of any kind to another person or group.

   12. You may not engage in advertising, solicitation of Members to buy or sell any products on services through Angels to Love.com. You may not include in your correspondence with other Members any telephone numbers, postal addresses or E mail addresses. Angels to Love.com can not monitor the conduct of its Members off the Web site. It is also a violation of these rules to use material from Web site to harass, advertise, solicit, and sell or any other illegal activities “off line”.
        
       
   13. Any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or E mail addresses are illegal to include in your Member Profile for both men and women.
        
       
   14. Angels to Love.com reserves the right to restrict any E mails, phone number or solicitation deemed inappropriate.
        
       
6. COPYRIGHT POLICY
   It is illegal to post, copy, reproduce, alter or distribute copyrighted material.
    
   
7. PRIVACY

Under no circumstances will Angels to Love.com be responsible to any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from the Web site Angels to Love.com purchases service from various Russian and Ukrainian agencies and companies (Suppliers). The suppliers providing services, materials and data to Angels to Love.com are independent contractions and are not AGENTS, SUBAGENCIES or EMPLOYEES of Angels to Love.com or its parent company (LLC) corporations.     You agree to indemnity and hold Angels to Love.com its parent company (corporation LLC), its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and all employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including attorney fee’s, made by you or any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Web site or Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representation or warranties or both set above.
     
    
13. OTHER

This contains the entire Agreement between you and Angels to Love.com regarding the use of the Web site and/or Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid it doesn’t forfeit the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement can be altered/changed or modified by Angels to Love.com without notice Users of the Web site, Members, and Suppliers at any time.
